Returns and Refunds

1. General Information

At Geomoe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our returns and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been opened or used

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@geomoe.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once you receive the RMA number, package the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@geomoe.com. Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@geomoe.com Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be returned according to our returns policy.
